I can’t believe that I let my friends talk me into going ice skating last nigh, what was I thinking. I can tell you what I’m thinking right now, ouch!!

I haven’t been ice skating in over a decade and was told that it was just like riding a bike, something that you just pick up again with ease, that is just plain B.S. I can tell you that. My back and behind are so tender and aching that it is funny and that will be the last time I attempt anything like that again, I should have listened to my “inner self” and gone with my gut feeling of staying at home at watching the professional ice skaters that are being televised right now.

I found a web site Salonpas.us that sells a neat product called the Salonpas Air Spray Pain Relief, doesn’t that sound cool. It advertises fast, effective relief of Acute Pain for all athletes. It states that it offers a strong cooling sensation which is a benefit in its self. It is very beneficial for knee and calf pain use after sports or exercise and is really popular for folks that run marathons. The cooling effect of the spray shows immediate drop in skin temperature of the area sprayed which brings relief to were it aches.

You can order it on-line or I noticed that it is sold in numerous stores located across the U.S. I wonder if it would benefit my sore back, it comes in a spray, roll on and I even see that it comes in a patch, I will have to pick up some and try it out and see.

Something that drives me right up the wall these days are the outrageous amount of numbers that we are now required to remember and use in order to gain access to just about everything. I remember when we just needed to remember our SSN’s, our birth date and anniversaries, telephone, street address and zip codes. The only other numbers that required use was the combination to a lock for either your school locker or for a safe if you owned one.
