I still consider myself to be some what of a newbie in the blogging world and I still have a lot to learn. I imagine with the holidays coming up people will be busy with all the shopping, decorating and such, so I would assume that the writing of blogs would slow down a bit. But I have learned that people are Blogging for Money and with money being so tight for the majority of us that this would be a cool way to earn a few extra bucks.

I was told that YouSayToo.com is a good site to check out in order learn about How to Make Money Blogging and Revenue Sharing. So today I took a few minutes and took a look see to find out what it takes to earn money by blogging. They have some wonderful information on how to create a blog and how to get up and running along with Promote Blog info that seems simple enough to tackle.

We all good use some extra cash, holidays or not, so I’m going to ask a few people that I know that are busy earning money on their blogs and see if I really want to get into this, although I feel pretty comfortable with what I’ve read so far. I’ll keep you posted!

We are hearing more stories on the news about carjackings. The thought of someone so desperate that they have to resort to this type of criminal activity is so very depressing. With Christmas right around the corner we need to be on our toes and keep our eyes open and be aware of our surroundings. People are getting out of control with debt and drugs, I don’t see anything getting any better any time soon, sigh………………

With the increase of home break ins in the neighborhood, we have been talking more and more about getting a Home Security System for the place. I have been trying to get my parents to have one of the Home Security Systems for their house and they turned around on me and asked why I am not practicing what I’m preaching. Leave it to my folks to pull that on me, parents are known for doing stuff like that!

ADT seems to have the best offers right now and I have been seeing a lot of their yard signs in the neighborhood so I took a few minutes and gave them a call earlier this week to set up an appointment for them to come out and install one of their systems in the house. The installer was right on time, which is a good way to start a relationship. I hate it when people are late, that is one of my pet peeves in life. He was very nice and did a great job, we are all impressed with his job well done. I didn’t even have to clean up after him, which is unusual these days, a nice change I must add.

ADT has been in business since 1874 and offer their Home Security Monitoring in most of the United States, including Washington D.C. I would urge anyone insterested in a quality alarm system to give ADT a shout out and see what they can offer you in your location. They always have good promotions that are appealing and worth while and information can be found on the Internet for your convenience.

My sister just called to tell me that her youngest daughter was just diagnosed with Swine Flu. And to top it off she also has a bad case of Strep Throat. Poor thing is suffering with a high fever, a sore throat and an ear ache that is making her life pretty darn miserable and keeping her out of school. My sister and her husband are panicking, they are so afraid that one of them will catch it and then all hell would break loose. Times are tough, money wise, neither one of them can afford to take time off of work due to illness, so I’m keeping them all in my prayers tonight.

May no soldier go unloved; may no soldier walk alone; may no soldier be forgotten; until they all come home!

XEROX IS DOING SOMETHING COOL

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq . You can’t pick out who gets it, but it will go to a member of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!! It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these? Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers over there need to know we are behind them.

This takes just 10 seconds and it’s a wonderful way to say thank you. Please take the time and please take the time to pass it on for others to do. We can never say enough thank you’s.

Thanks for taking to time to support our military!

Remember this statement: When injustice becomes law, rebellion becomes duty!

“When the government fears the people, you have liberty. When the people fear the government [or the IRS, for that matter], you have Tyranny.”

(Thomas Jefferson, co-author of the Declaration of Independence of the United States)
