Shopping sites such as Shopwiki.com are such a wonderful resource for online shoppers like myself. There are some of the best deals available for someone who doesn’t mind staying at home and taking a bit of time and letting their fingers do the walking all over the Internet. Shopping online allows you to focus all of your attention to the job at hand. No worries about crowds, parking issues, rude sales associates, all of the walking that is involved, bratty and unruly children and all the other hassles that go along with shopping at the local malls and other other retail businesses.

If you find that you want or need something you can usually rely on the Internet to bring it to you some how. Right now the Home and Garden sections of Walmart are in complete turmoil and I can’t think of any other place that I’d hate to be at more these days more than Walmart. With spring comes all the Outdoor and Gardens madness that so many of us enjoy and rely on each year. I know that my Dad is up and ready to start with all the Workshop and Home Improvement projects and tasks that he has been thinking of all winter long for his place and a few things around my place as well. Thanks for keeping me in mind Dad!

Back in the 80′s Belinda Carlisle was one hot ticket. My favorite song on the radio was “Mad About You’ done by her. I found it last night on YouTube. It had me bouncing around the media room and the kitchen, feeling good about life. Music is so good for the soul!

The family dog that went on a 2 day adventure and ended up 5 miles away from the house is still tired out, big time. She isn’t eating much, but is drinking a ton of water, so she goes outside to do her business and that is about all she does these past few days. I’m hoping that she is all right and that she will be back to her old self soon.

One of our dogs went missing 2 days ago. We have spent the last couple of days searching the woods and the neighborhood, calling everyone that we have a phone number to in the neighborhood searching for our beloved adopted Squeakers.

Last night the phone rang and it was a lady that lives over 5 miles away, informing us that our dog was in her back yard looking very tired, hungry and thirsty. We hauled ass over there and found our Squeakers in pretty sad shape but safe and sound.

What nice people they turned out to be. They went the extra mile to find out who this dog belonged to and made the effort to contact us and take care of our dog until we arrived.

I have to tell you that after the 3rd grade I’m pretty useless as far as math goes. Thank God for calculators, I’d be lost with out mine, I can tell you that. I’ve always been the one to help the kids with there homework but sometimes it can be a bit over whelming and I just have to throw my hands up in the air and declare it an impossibility.

Now that the kids are getting older and are in middle and high school it has really turned ugly. I’m just no good with Statistics help with their Statistics problems that they seem to keep bringing home. Anything but math and we would be good to go.

I’ve been doing a bit of research online in finding a Statistics tutor that can step up to the plate and lend a hand, when needed. Tutorvista.com has a complete line of tutoring assistance from the earliest of grades all the way up to the college years. You can try them for free, to see what they are all about and then sign up for further assistance if warranted.  They offer an unlimited monthly package for a really decent and affordable price, worth checking into.
